If you live in the communities of Woodbury, McMinnville, Murfreesboro, or Readyville, Tennessee, and you need someone to care for your pet when you have to be away from home, bring your baby to Woodbury Veterinary Hospital and we’ll supply plenty of TLC. Your pet will feel right at home in our comfortable climate and humidity controlled facilities. We maintain separate boarding areas for dogs and cats, ensuring that all animals will have a pleasant, stress-free stay.
Our caring staff members spend quality time with each pet, providing dogs with walks in our yard several times a day. Our dog kennel runs are very large so that your canine companion will have plenty of room to move around or stretch out and rest while in our care. Owners are encouraged to bring their pet’s own bed, blankets, toys, and treats so that they will feel more at home during their stay.
We provide Hill’s Science Diet for all kennel guests. You are welcome to bring in a daily supply of your pet's food from home to avoid any upset tummies or if they require a special diet. Our staff monitors the appetite and urination/bowel movements of each boarded pet, and our veterinarians will be alerted if any problems are noted. We want your pets to be happy and healthy while they are in our care.
We also offer separate bathing services that you may want to take advantage of while your pet is staying with us. We provide bathing, medicated baths, nail trims, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Please let us know if you care to have your pet bathed when you make your boarding reservation. Pets who stay 5 nights or more will receive 10 % off..
All boarding guests are required to be up to date on vaccinations. Dogs need to be current with distemper/parvo, rabies, and bordetella vaccinations. Cats need to be current with upper respiratory and rabies vaccinations.
Because space in our boarding kennel can fill up quickly, we ask that you make reservations in advance, especially around the holidays. Please call Woodbury Veterinary Hospital for pricing information.
